Principle and feature

There are many types of garbage collection system including stationary and moving system. Most of existing environmental sanitation vehicle, its rubbish container all are uncovered during collection, driven by consumption of either fuel or electric power. However, in centralized procedure, if it is nearby it could be beneficial, but not for rubbish element like food item, poultry viscera etc. which cause a large cause environmental pollution, brought harmful effect for people's life. Moreover, these collector systems cannot operate without external source of power like battery, pastorium fuel or long length wired electric supply system. Therefore, it is required to make a system which can be operated manually, collect rubbish material easily, without leaving small rubbish material and closed container to collect. The purpose of this utility model is to short out above defective, and a kind of cleaning, collection and can dump rubbish automatically to garbage bin. Therefore, in the present invention, the man powered utility garbage collection model has been mechanized which comprises three-wheel cycle body, enclosed type dustbin body, the casing front end have opposite motion roller, transfer plate, collector to bin. Most of the garbage collector system consist of single roller, unidirectional movement. For the improvement collection efficiency such that none of the material should left out, in the present mechanism there is two rollers have been used which moves opposite in direction, collects rubbish material together, lifts up and transfers to plate which is connected with bin for depositing. This system is integrated with three-wheel cycle body, run with paddle operation, and by shifting lever the cycle can be brake and garbage can be collected repeatedly by foot paddle operation. The utility model is owing to adopted enclosed type dustbin, so it has the health of use, cannot cause environmental pollution. The whole structure of sanitation system is novel in terms of loading and unloading convenient garbage, and advantage such as handsome in appearance. The other advantage is that, there is provision for changing roller brush to collect different type of garbage material efficiently.

Drawings and Embodiment

There were lot of trial work has been performed in different steps in terms of alteration and modification to man powered garbage collection Rickshaw in view of comfortability, economic and enhanced capability of collection. Before finalizing the garbage collection Rickshaw, two other garbage collection Rickshaw have been developed to check the capacity to collect garbage efficiently means none of the rubbish material should left out. After rigorous management of power deliver, collection mechanism, transmission system, the final garbage collection Rickshaw have been developed. The lay out of garbage collection Rickshaw is shown in figure B-1 and the actual view of garbage collection Rickshaw shown in figure B-2.

Accessories and Bill of Material

The man powered utility model relates to a kind of three-wheeler cycle body as rickshaw, is specially constructed for the purpose of collection and transhipment rubbish material. The whole mechanism consists of following particulars.

Advantages

The man power tri wheel cycle for collecting and transporting the garbage has the following advantage.

1. The man power vehicle has a simple structure, and is easy to realize,
2. Easily dump the garbage, and relieves the working strength of workers
3. The overturning phenomenon cannot happen when the man power vehicle for collecting and transporting the garbage dumping the garbage, the loading and unloading of the garbage is convenient, health and quick.
4. Provision for changing brush roller for different type of rubbish material
5. Due to double opposite moving roller, small size garbage can also be collected.
6. Higher collection efficiency in comparison to single roller collection mechanism.
7. Covered collecting system to maintain hygienic.

Disadvantage

As the tricycle-based garbage collection rickshaw is driven by man power, its major disadvantages are as following-

1. It cannot move in high speed like electric motored system.
2. Rubbish at the region of sharp corner can not be picked up.
3. Limited rubbish material can be handled, required to be dumped during over fill.

Testing report

The present manual operated garbage collection rickshaw can able to pick up small size rubbish material quickly and transfer to keep at one place for dumping. The power required to operate through paddling is moderate. For heavy garbage material, changing of roller is easy, can able to collect easily due to double roller pick up mechanism. Its movement is slow, but cleaning with collection capability of garbage is higher than the single roller system.
